Our Promoters

Mr. Atul Pai Kane

Chairman - Pai Kane Group

Mr. Atul D. Pai Kane spearheads the Pai Kane Group businesses. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He pioneered the manufacturing venture of the group in 1990, and gradually created a strong portfolio of engineering products and services to serve varied market demands. Atul’s primary role in the group currently is to set the Group’s vision and strategy, and to identify and develop new areas in which the Group can contribute. With a passion for engineering excellence, he is prepared to walk that extra mile to meet customer requirements. He constantly challenges his team members to raise the bar across the organization.

Atul has been actively engaged in industry associations, and has served as the Chairman of the CII Goa State Council in 2013-14. He also served as the President of the Goa State Industries Association. He was appointed to head the Task Force to prepare the Investment Policy of Goa in 2012, and is also a member of the Investment Promotion Board of the state.

Mr. Subramaniam A

CEO - Solray Solutions

With a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a certification in Senior Management from IIM Ahmedabad, Mr Subramaniam has spent the majority of his professional career in projects management and execution.

Subramaniam worked with the principal dealership of Caterpillar Inc., USA for 20 years in various capacities and locations in India, gaining experience in both material handling systems as well as energy development projects. Subsequently, he has also developed, and independently handled, entrepreneurial initiatives for mining and construction and energy solution industries.

His passion towards renewable energy and his firm belief that renewables are going to become the major source of power in the very near future are strongly driving Solray Solutions to scale greater heights.
